Text: If your debit or credit card will be retained on any of the RBAL ATM, you should immediately visit the nearest branch of the bank or immediately call our contact center phone numbers, to notify the bank and request the delivery back of your cards.

*Attention!!! In case that the customer has not notified the bank to request the delivery back of their cards up to 14 days from when the card was picked up from ATM-s, the bank, for security reasons, reserves the right to destroy the cards found on every ATM.
