Global Data Roaming from Flexiroam gives you access to over 520 telecommunication networks in over 200 countries with just one configuration.
Through the Mastercard World credit card issued by Raiffeisen Bank Albania, cardholders benefit from the FREE 5 x 1GB (3 days) roaming package plan abroad.

How to Redeem Global Data with eSIM?
If you have an eligible Mastercard World credit card, you must validate your credit card here before using the service.
Below are the steps to be followed:
To verify your eligibility, please enter your 16-digit Mastercard World credit card number and your email address.
After successful verification, on the second page you will receive the CODE, which must be remembered for further use to activate the plan.
Download Flexiroam App
- Sign up or login using your e-mail address
- You will be asked for verification by redirecting you to your email and you will click on the "Sign In on Your Mobile Device" button
- Once the application is open, enter your name/surname and you will access the dashboard of Flexiroam.
On the main page, click on "Enter a code" to enter the CODE you received at the beginning of registration. Then you will have the confirmation of your Flexiroam eSIM plan.
After clicking “Confirm”, the eSIM will be activated immediately, cost-free for Mastercard World cardholders.
Once the eSIM has been linked to your Flexiroam account, you need to proceed with the installation of the eSIM on your phone. (The estimated time for installation is 3-5 minutes)
How to Redeem Global Data with SIM?
Below are the steps to be followed for SIM:
Download the FlexiRoam App from the App Store or Play Store and fill in your personal details.
To verify your eligibility, please enter your 8-digit Mastercard World credit card number and your email address.
After successful verification, you will continue with the activation of the Starter Pack.
In the following step, you must select “X SIM” and start the order for a SIM card by entering your shipping address.
Next, you will continue with the steps by clicking on the dashboard according to the instructions given in the app.
After completing the order for the physical SIM, you can track your order inside the app or in your email.
Upon receiving the physical SIM, you will complete the last step in the application by clicking "Link Starter Pack", where you will be able to scan the SIM barcode.
After activating the data plan, continue by clicking "First time Set UP" and continue the steps until the end of the configuration.

You will have to download the Flexiroam app, register an account or log in and redeem your benefit with your eligible card number.If you are eligible, you will receive the following:
- Choice of 1 out of 2 Flexiroam Starter Packs (for users new to Flexiroam only): SIM card or eSIM
- Promotional Data Plan
- 15% discount on all subsequent data plans purchased with your eligible card
Redemption of the Starter Pack and Promotional Data Plan will not cost you anything.If you redeem a SIM card, both SIM card cost and shipping cost are waived. The eSIM will be delivered to your email address. The Promotional Data Plan will be allocated to your Flexiroam account. It will not cost you anything to use the benefit provided.If you choose to purchase additional data plans, they will be subject to their respective prices. However, you will enjoy 15% discount off all data plans if you pay with your eligible Mastercard.
Cardholders are entitled to 1 redemption per eligible card, per calendar year.
You can redeem your benefit by clicking on the banner on the Homepage within the Flexiroam app.
Once redemption is complete, the account will have received the benefit, this is final and will not be changeable.
Redemption will fail if any of these things happen:
- You have entered an invalid card number
- You have entered a card number that is not enrolled in the program by the issuer
- You have entered a card number that has already been used to redeem the benefit
Effective November 2023, we have moved to a single SIM/eSIM. This means that moving forward wherever you travel and whatever plan you redeem, you will only need one SIM for all Global, Regional and Local plans.For all new redemptions from November 2023, simply follow the instructions when redeeming the benefit to order your new SIM/eSIM.
For redemptions made by existing Flexiroam/Mastercard benefit holders:

The Global Data Roaming by Flexiroam program is provided to selected cardholders.
In order to redeem with a different eligible card, please return to the Home page on the Flexiroam app and click on the banner to redeem again.Please note: If you are redeeming the benefit for the second time onwards, only the Promotional Data Plan will be allocated to your account. Starter Packs will only be provided to new Flexiroam accounts, without a Starter Pack activated and linked to the account.
Once an order has been confirmed, the pack will be shipped out within 1-2 working day(s). If you wish to cancel your order, please contact mastercard@Flexiroam.com as soon as possible with your Invoice number to check if this is possible.
If you order a SIM card as your Starter Pack, it will be couriered to you.If you order an eSIM in your Starter Pack, the QR code required for activation will be sent to your email address.

Yes, your tracking number will be sent to your email address within 2 working days after your order has been confirmed. You can also navigate to Home > Track your order in the Flexiroam app to view your order status.
Yes, the Flexiroam Starter Pack expires if it is not activated within 6 months of redemption. For the avoidance of doubt:
- Redemption happens when you confirm your eligibility for the program and order your Starter Pack.
- Activation happens when you scan the barcode in your Starter Pack to link your SIM Card to your Flexiroam account.
- Activation for eSIM is performed within an hour of redemption.
Flexiroam SIM card and eSIM have a lifetime validity after activation and do not expire unless you choose to deactivate them. To continue using the Flexiroam SIM card or eSIM for data roaming, you would simply have to purchase any global data plan from Flexiroam.

Yes, you can.If your Flexiroam account is already linked to an active Starter Pack (SIM card and eSIM), you will only receive the Promotional Data Plan and 15% discount.If your Flexiroam account does not have an active Starter Pack linked, you will be able to redeem a Starter Pack as well.
Once redeemed, your Promotional Data Plan can be activated anytime until the last day of the calendar year. Once you activate your Promotional Data Plan, you will be able to use it for the period stated.
The example of specific scenarios crossing over a new year provided the Promotional Data Plan is 1GB for 5 days: If you redeem the benefits on 31st December 2022, you will be able to use your data plan until the expiry date on 5th January 2023 (provided that you have an eSIM/SIM Card and have activated the data plan by 31st December 2022 11:59:59PM).
If you redeem the benefits on 25th December 2022, you will be able to use benefits your data plan until the expiry date on 30th December 2022 (provided that have an eSIM/SIM card and have activated the data plan on 25th December 2022).
If you redeem the benefits before or on 31st December 2022 11:59:59PM, however, the delivery of the starter pack will only be completed after 1st January 2023; you will only be eligible for the starter pack under year 2023 while the data plan under year 2022 will be terminated and you will have to redeem again in 2023
If you did not verify that you have "Unlocked" the redemption by 31st December 2022 11:59:59PM, the benefits under year 2022 will be terminated and you will have to redeem again in 2023.
If you did not confirm the order by 31st December 2022 11:59:59PM, the benefits under year 2022 will be terminated and you will have to redeem again in 2023.
You will not able to start the data plan until you have linked the starter pack to your account. If you redeem the benefits on 30th December 2022 and were not able to link the starter pack until the arrival of SIM card / X-Microchip after 3 working days which is on 2nd January, the data plan under year 2022 will be terminated and you will have to redeem again in 2023.
If you redeem the benefits on 1st January 2022 and receive the starter pack on 4th January 2022; but you did not activate the data plan 1GB (5 days) until 31st December 2022 11:59:59PM, the data plan under year 2022 will be terminated and you will have to redeem again in 2023.
Please navigate to Account > My Plans in the Flexiroam app, locate your Promotional Data Plan and click on "Start Plan" to immediately activate.
Once you click "Start Plan it cannot be paused and Start Date cannot be amended. Please only click "Start Plan" on the date on which you wish to activate your Promotional Data Plan.
You can purchase additional data plans at 15% off with your eligible Mastercard to continue roaming.Your benefit also renews every calendar year; on 1 Jan of the following year, you will be able to redeem your Promotional Data Plan again.

Yes, you can purchase multiple Local or Global data plans at any time. This will not affect your current active data plan.
You can use any payment card to purchase other Data Plans. However, do note that if you do not pay with an eligible Mastercard, you will not enjoy the 15% discount associated with this benefit.

With your redemption codes, proceed to download and login Flexiroam app. Key in the code provided in the screen into Enter a Code section. If you did not jot down the code, fret not as there is a copy of redemption code is sent to your email.
When you perform redemption, we will check to confirm if your phone is indeed non-eSIM supported, and we will redirect you to obtain SIM card instead. Follow the step by step guide to order for SIM card, followed by entering delivery address. Once you have received the SIM card, proceed to link and activate your SIM card.
