Consent – Online Banker

I declare that I give my consent for the further processing of the information provided by me, whichincludes: first name, last name, social security number, NRP (internal customer identification number), phone number, email address, and the location of the user, if the user chooses to share their location with Raiffeisen Bank, only to be contacted by the Bank to help and guide me in the process of choosing theproducts and services I need.

I understand that by giving my consent for the processing of the data I have provided, I may be contacted bya personal banker or a contact center operator to apply for products and/or receive services through theOnline Baker platform.

Through this statement, I provide my unconditional consent for Raiffeisen Bank to process my personal dataand contact me, via.i) sms ii) Calling iii) e-mail iiii) videocall. I agree that my information will be used toprovide me with information on the services offered on this platform, such as sending messages, audio, andvideo calls, sending various documents, as well as other actions and communications that are enabled or willbe enabled in the future by the Online Banker. The Bank may exchange my data with the network units of theRaiffeisen Group, the Bank's contracting partners.

I understand that my data provided in this form will be stored by the Bank for 2 months to receive the requestedservice. The Bank will delete my data at the end of the storage period.

Upon voluntarily providing the requested information in the specified fields, I retain the right to access,request, block, correct, or delete said data from Raiffeisen Bank sh.a, in accordance with the regulationsoutlined in Law no. 9887 dated 10.03.2008, "on the protection of personal data," and GDPR.

I understand that I am not required to give my consent for the options presented in this statement, and I havethe right to withdraw my consent at any time. If I do so, my data will not be saved and will not be used forother purposes. Hereby, I declare I am clear that by giving consent for the processing of the declared data byme I will be able to use the Online Banker platform.
