cards: Debit Cards

To get your debit or credit card PIN, you will be provided with an 8-digit code in the contract to learn your code. Next, you will receive an SMS from "RAIPIN" with a second code. You must combine the second code received from "RAIPIN", together with the 8-digit code received in the contract, without spaces. Be sure to send the correct combination and youwill receive the PIN  code of your card by SMS.

You have only 1 attempt to send the correct combination within 7 days, otherwise the bank will continue printing the PIN. The printed PIN can be withdrawn at the branch selected by you during application.

Please note: Make sure you have updated your data and phone number in the bank's system, as only through this number you can receive your card's PIN via SMS

• Up to 4,500 Lek without PIN at Raiffeisen Point of sale (POS).
• Up to 50 Euro/ equivalent without using PIN at the other banks Point of sale (POS) inside and outside the country.
• The number of contactless transactions without PIN is up to 5 consecutive transactions.
• If the sum of 150 Euros (equivalent in Lek currency) of consecutive transactions without PIN is exceeded, the transaction will be approved through PIN.
  

No, application for EUR accounts is only allowed for Mastercard Debit cards.

• In case of loss of the card or in cases of theft, you must notify immediately by contacting the Contact center at phone number +355 4 2227262 / 08007777
  (landline) and your card will be blocked immediately. The Contact Center works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• You can visit the nearest branch to report the card as lost or stolen.
• If you have digital wallet RaiPay, downloaded on your phone, you can immediately block the card in the application.

Debit card limit is determined according to the segment you have in the bank. In the Fees and Terms section you can find information about your card limit. This limit can be temporarily changed by visiting the nearest Raiffeisen Bank branch.
