Raiffeisen Bank in Kosova and Albania present the joint program “Elevator Lab 2020”

Tirana, PristinaToday on 30 September, Raiffeisen Bank Kosovo and Albania have launched for the second time the joint program "Elevator Lab Bootcamp Kosova & Albania 2020” bringing as a novelty in this edition the introduction of the Bootcamp format.The Bootcamp format offers the possibility of developing a minimum viable product (MVP) with the help of local banking experts. Bootcamps for local startups provide to the startups an educational program and serve as an entry ticket to the startup world. That means that the program is looking for individuals or companies passionate in their idea who have the will and the vision to create a solution that might be valuable to the sector locally and globally.This program is calling all interested fintech and start-up communities of both countries to present their ideas and solution as a part of this competition in the following fields: Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Capital Markets and other innovative banking solutions.The call for applications starts today, 30 September and end October 26th 2020.The competition continues with “Bootcamp Weekend” which will take place virtually continuing with mentoring for finalists before final presentations which will take place before a professional jury.The participants in “Elevator Lab Bootcamp Kosova & Albania 2020” will have the possibility to win monetary prizes, advising and incubation services from our program partners Innovation Center Kosovo (ICK) and New Media Communications (NMC), as well as other cooperation possibilities.The “Elevator Lab” program is an innovative program which for the first time was presented in June 2017 from Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) in Vienna, part of which were also all RBI network banks, including Raiffeisen in Kosova and Albania.“Elevator Lab” has become now the biggest corporate fintech accelerator in the Central and Eastern Europe.
